All our plans are prepaid monthly in advance with the exception of the free month. After the free month you will be billed in accordance with the plan you have currently selected. At any time, you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade you plan, even during the $1 trial period on the $39 Plan.
If you upgrade your plan during your prepaid billing period, you will keep the data used against your account but have your total Quota adjusted to reflect that of the new plan.
For example if you are on a plan of 25GB and upgrade to a 50GB plan, you will have 25GB added to your total quota. Your used MB is carried over between plan changes on upgrades but will reset at the end of your billing cycle.
If you upgrade your plan during a prepaid billing period the cost of the difference between the plans is payable at the time of the upgrade.
For example, if you upgrade from a $29.99 monthly plan to $39.99 monthly plan you will need to pay $10 at the time of the upgrade.
The billing cycle bill date will not change, but upon the next billing cycle you will now pay the new upgraded plan price.
Downgrading your plan to a small plan is rather simple.
Because of the nature of downgrades, a downgrade to your plan will not take effect until the next billing cycle date. Upon the next billing cycle date you will be charged the new reduced rate and receive the new reduced data limit.
